Born and raised in Brazil, Betty has always been art driven. Her love of the arts began at a young age playing the piano at the age of four and painting at the age of eight. Shortly after she began using her artistic skills crafting jewelry from found objects on her native Brazilian beaches. Her horizons broadened dramatically when she moved to the United States and started a small business selling her Brazilian designs in America. Her custom hand crafted pieces rapidly caught the attention of the most sophisticated boutiques around the world.

To keep ahead in the dynamic fashion industry, Betty combines her extensive traveling to the fashion centers of the world and beyond to capture new trends that inspire her to create her unique collection. Today Betty's designs are sold throughout the United States, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Japan and Australia.
